Anyone who's having second thoughts about this vest, should give it a try. I guarantee you'll love it......
It does what it says and more.
I'm not a paid consumer to write this comment, but I just wanted to let people know that i too was sceptical until I gave it a shot and, I have no regrets.
I did not want to opt. for sergery......of which is very pricey.
Now I wear this and no one knows what I have under my tee shirt.......
I give this a 5*****

For me, I bought this vest in order to hide my large chest, although my waist is 36", my chest still remains 38-40", so is extremely noticable when wearing t-shirts or even normal vests. This product has literally given me a new lease on life! I'd lost 6 stone already but then found i was left with bumps here and there and a chest which would not vanish!! I was sceptical about this product at first, questioning if it really does work, but i can say from my experience its amazing, just to be able to go out and not have to keep crossing your arms or wear baggy clothes!!! It does also aid my stomach which isnt flat to say the least, and gives an overall slimmer more toned appearence. I ordered a medium, and its a task getting into but after a week or so it takes less than 5 seconds! I recommend this to anyone self conscious about their chest!!!!! (I now own like 5!)

I've suffered with this problem since I was 11 years old. I've tried various contraptions (which I'm sure caused even worse physical problems over the last 36 years), inclusive of wearing a men's small-sized crew neck and pulling it down and cinching it tight with my belt, which caused me to walk very carefully, cut off my circulation, made me slump over and feel fairly miserable. Guys---THIS IS THE REAL THING. This is exactly what you want and will change the way you feel head-to-toe. I ordered two sizes smaller than my shirt size and it was perfect. The minute I pulled it on, (yes---roll it up and pull it down evenly to your groin and adjust as necessary)---I almost cried. I was standing in front of a mirror, but it didn't even matter what it looked like, what hit me was how it instantly put everything inline, made me stand up straight, and for the first time in my adult life, stand perfectly relaxed and comfortable. It is tight, and since it will effect your posture and your diaphragm, you'll breathe differently. If you've been normally constricted or slumping your shoulders because of some other vest or method, (or lack of confidence), you'll notice that walking is different as well, but just go with it---it called confidence and security, and the fact that you aren't jiggling should replace all those insecurities. You'll hold your head up higher.
I bought this two weeks ago, along with another product which is more of the medical compression tee you'd wear after surgery. It works well too, and I at least have a dose of what that would be like, but it doesn't contour to the body as well as this product. I ordered this item after returning some products to Spanks for Men, which offered no support or compression, were more like dancer leotards and seemed to embellish the lumps and folds and flops to look even bigger. I'm interested to see if taking the sagging weight off my chest will effect my muscle development (upper torso and groin). I did notice that when I take it off, everything stays higher, and since it compresses everything into it's proper place, it let me see for the first time, my actual muscle structure and real shape. Most importantly---the material feels GREAT! Especially when you move in it. It's like getting a constant massage. It also isn't hot like some of the items I've read about---and I ordered the black and have worn it in the sun. The air circulation is better than anything I've ever worn.
Guys, I've hated this problem all of my life and it has been a nightmare at times. I'm really saddened to find that it is such a common problem. As another reviewer may have stated, I wish I would have bought this years ago.
Finally, I've already ordered another, as well as two in a size smaller because I've lost 7 lbs in the past two weeks. Honestly, I think it's because I can now move faster with perfect posture and do things more quickly. Try this. It's a great solution to a big problem!

I was a little hesitant to pay all that money but I gave in after reading the reviews.
First of all, my size is XL. This is the only size I ever wear, and as such, I ordered XL. After putting it on, I started to think I should have went with Large. It still works, the chest does go down a little bit, but i'm sure it could have been better. I feel no change in the stomach region but I only got this for my chest so I didn't care either way. I had absolutely no trouble putting on the shirt (possibly I got a size too big?). I really wish they would tell you to buy a size smaller because its difficult to buy clothes without trying them on first.
I threw it in the dryer and got it down to a good size. Now I find that the shirt becomes VERY uncomfortable after wearing for 30 minutes or more. I tend to sit down and stand a lot and the shirt cant seem to handle it so well. I force myself to wear it though, and i'm going to try to get used to it.
Another thing about this shirt that may either make you happy or not, is that you can't really eat that much food while wearing this. I don't even eat half of what I used to before I got this shirt, it just doesnt feel good having something squeeze on your stomach when you're full.
Standing up after a good sit down will require some fixing of the shirt. It tends to roll up or go out of position. I tuck it under my pants and it seems to help not cause such a big problem.
I actually went through a whole day wearing this out of the house and it didn't bother me as much as it does when i'm at home. I actually forgot I was wearing it, and today it was 100 degrees! As long as you are standing up and walking around, this shirt does it job. If you sit down and stand regularly, this may get annoying. It would be perfect however if you tuck it under a belt to hold it down.
I don't have as large of a chest as most of the people getting this shirt so I can't speak for them, but for me it just seems like it doesn't cut down chest size all too much. Normally my chest sticks a little out, but with this I have a more manly looking chest. I guess it's only noticeable that it doesn't cut down chest size so much because I often look at it in the mirror. Usually man breasts can bring in undesired attention to your chest region, but while wearing this you can proudly walk among everyone else and not worry about your chest being eye candy.
If given the chance to go back in time however, I would have bought a cheaper shirt. I had an eye on one that was 19.99 while this one is about $[...]
, I'm guessing they all do the same thing but this one is just more better looking. Hopefully this review helped someone make their choice.
