5Comfortable, durable and spacious - The perfect running wrist wallet  Jul 12, 2006 By David De Sousa "The Automation and Control Guy"
I love this arm / wrist wallet. Unlike the others I had own previously, this one has enough space for my car or house keys, some loose change and even a small power-bar, so I can hit the road for a running with everything I need.

All the wrist wallet i bought before didn't last because of the limited space and quality of them.

4Does the job adequately  Oct 27, 2009 By C. Elkins ""I'm for truth, no matter who tells it..." Malcolm Shabazz"
I have owned and used this brand En-Route Security Arm Pocket (I call mine a wrist wallet) for the past two years or so for my daily walks in warm weather when I don't wear much besides a tank, shorts and shoes. It's comfortable next to my skin, sort of silky, which is a big deal to me because I'm sensitive, or as my father used to call me, I am "The Princess with the Pea." The main area holds several cards: library, driver's license and so on, and the two zipper compartments are nice for a key. The drawback to the zippered compartments is that they are not lined; they are made of the same foam (neoprene) as the outside, and I have to be careful with putting my house key in and taking it out, so that I don't poke a hole in the fabric.

An improvement on the design of course would be to reinforce the zippered compartments because most people are, like I do, going to use them for keeping their keys in. (It would also be a nice place for pills for anyone who has to take medicine at a scheduled time when they would be away from home.)

The main compartment's Velcro closure can be a little hard to open and close one-handed because the part that the Velcro has to be attached to and pulled away from is too flexible and moves around some. I usually take it off and open it; take it off and close it. If that kind of care would annoy you I wouldn't recommend this to you. If I had used the main compartment every day over a long period of time instead of just during warm weather when I walk up to the library and take out my library card, it would not have held up as well as it has, and for me it has held up just fine.

I have a slender wrist (6 inches exactly) and wear a size 7.5 or medium glove, so the wrist wallet slides on easily. It might have been too snug if my wrist was thicker, and I can't imagine it holding up for very long if I had a much bigger wrist because that would mean that I also had a much bigger hand that the wallet had to stretch over time after time.

I would recommend this to girls, boys or women who would use it for periodic trips; or for anyone else with slender wrists who won't be in and out of the zippered compartments several times a day. One aspect I like about it a lot is how long it is. It looks like one of those wraps you wear when you've hurt your wrists or have carpal tunnel syndrome, so I can't imagine muggers thinking you had money in it; they'd think you'd sprained your wrist. I've had several people ask with concern in their voices how I hurt my wrist. I laugh, and explain what it really is and how much safer I feel wearing it. A few women have said they want one, too.

4carry your money & credit cards safely  May 09, 2007 By Martha Holzgrefe
I use the en-route wrist wallet when traveling to safely stash cash, credit & debit cards, tickets and coins.

There is no worry about pick pockets or lost purses with this item.

It is large enough to hold 8 credit/debit cards, 500 euros & still comfortable enough to wear all day.

Everything is secure with the velcro pocket and 2 small zipper pockets. It looks like a sweat band yet is soft and comfortable.

The en-route wrist wallet is well made & holds it shape after many uses.

I highly recommend the product to anyone.

2arm pocket has changed  Jul 05, 2010 By 28studebaker
I have previously owned 2 of these but now it is larger. The wrist is about 1" larger in diameter and it about 3/4" wider. The material is also lighter. I prefer the earlier type. I love the arm pocket concept and I have worn one daily for about 5 years in place of carrying a purse, but this is too large for me and I have worn out the old one. I will miss it!!
