Great price on hard-to-find item Feb 19, 2009 By Steve Rogers "superhero"
I have used this type of wallet for many years and they have been increasingly harder to find at retail stores. After searching several stores, I gave up and ordered this one online. I looked at several different ones online and chose this one because it seemed to be the best value. I was not disappointed when I received it. There are thirteen pockets for credit cards, membership cards, etc., plus another windowed ID pocket and I have every one of them full. Behind the card slots, there are two more pockets which I use to store several miscellaneous items. In the bill pocket, there is a second, zippered bill pocket which I use for emergency money and a couple of "sentimental" bills like one I got in the Bahamas on my honeymoon (30 years ago . . . WOW!). Even though I have it totally full of my stuff that I should probably go through and cull, it is still fairly slim, probably about half the thickness of a "standard" billfold. I'll have to see about the durability long-term, but after a couple of weeks I don't see any signs of wear. The credit card pockets are a little snug, but I haven't had the difficulty getting cards out reported by another reviewer. Very happy with this product!

i don't understand why it is so hard to find a "hipster" wallet for men at a reasonable price. the leather on these was soft and supple. very durable. the other one has worn out since last winter so i ordered 4 more, as i usually give one away to someone who has been looking for just this type.... the tri fold is too much on the buttocks and this one fits perfectly in pockets without creating a big hump for my hubby to sit on.
lots of slots for your cc. comes with the plastic inserts 4 pics also.
simply a perfect choice.

I agree w/earlier review by Bao. Item isn't durable. The pockets are a too tight making insertion and removal of credit cards difficult. On most of my cards I needed to trim off 1/8 of a inch on one side. After one year, my first one had its inner liner (nylon?)came loose. I'm on the second wallet and it is exactly just as tight with the pockets.

Why do I like it you might ask? Color, texture of the soft leather, number of pockets and size (hip hugger)to list a few. The good outweighs the bad and with the reasonable price I'll get another one next year if need be.

This is a goog product, has 13 places for credit cards. The leather is very thin, so I don't expect it to last very long, but at this price, I bought a spare and still spent less than for a comparable single wallet at WalMart. It has a 2nd slot for money to be carried, but has a zipper on it that leaves a lump for the handle. I used a pair of side cutters (dykes) to take off the zipper slide. While I no longer carry multiple credit cards, it seems like every store that you walk into anymore has it's own loyalty/discount card, they now have a home.

Most wallets are too small and when you put reciepts, business cards, cash, etc. they become fat and that makes them uncomfortable. this wallet is the perfect size for your back pocket and holds a great amount of stuff without turning into a fat little ball in your pocket. Absolutly the perfect wallet for me!
