Great choice if you hate a fat wallet Jan 07, 2009
By John M I bought Deep Pocket wallets at The Sharper Image for years, but now of course they are out of business. Apparently they charged too much anyway ($30+).
The version I used to buy there had a clear ID pocket on the other side isntead of a zipper coin purse. I didn't read very carefully and was surprised when I received it, but that's my own fault.
My only complaint is that the zipper tang is sharp. If I'm not careful to make sure it is laying flat against the zipper, it pokes me in the butt.
I *love* the fact that this wallet has a metal money clip. The reason I bought several of these wallets over the years at TSI is that version had a plastic money clip that would break after a while. This one is durable, even when I pack it with receipts as well as bills.
It carries plenty of cards easily and remains a lot thinner than a normal wallet since it doesn't have extra "folds" of leather. I highly recommend this wallet if you hate carrying a thick leather brick in your pocket.

By Joey I really love the sharper image bill fold. But I can't find it anywhere. So I bought this one thinking it would make me happy! It did not the money clip is too tight. Tore a $20.00 bill in 1/2 . Any body know where I can get the sharper image one please help . Thanks

By Charles Steinberg The stitching unraveled and the velcro lifted up within a couple of weeks of receipt of the wallet.
I was looking for a replacement for the original I owned for years from Sharper Image and hoped this was it.
Now they want me to pay for shipping both ways to return it; that's more than the wallet cost.
A rubber band would have been just as good.
