Description

This black 'U' zipper duffel has six compartments to separate your possessions, and features an additional two side zipper pockets and detachable shoulder straps. It also has inside zip pockets and exterior zip pockets. Made of top-grain cowhide leather, it's fully lined for weatherproofing and has four corner feet to protect the bottom from moisture. Dimensions are 11 in. x 11 in. x 20 in.

I really wanted a top level bag to give to my son for Christmas, however the bag I wanted to give him was almost 10 times the cost of this bag, which was way out of my range.

I had this bag delivered for just over $60 with shipping and I absolutely love the quality. While the other bag may be billed as the bag they'll fight over when you're dead, I don't see that I'd care what they do at that point. I care that the bag my son uses looks good and lasts a long time. He's used it many times over the last 2 months and it still looks great.

I needed a new gym duffel. This one is exactly as advertised. I wish it had an adjustable carry strap and was a little bigger like my old one that wore out. This is a good replacement for the price.

For 70 bucks, no artifical gimmick "koskin" or "leatherette" or multiple other names common folks get deceived by.
Instead, this is real cowhide leather (i.e. natural)
I am a strange guy, too long to explain, but lets say briefly:
Avoid artificial materials in your daily life (especially those which get internally, into bloodstream or frequent skin contact).
So this bag being natural (except nylon lining inside which ALL other bags have, also, whether $70 or $300) & quality is a good deal.

P.S. Beware, as always with natural products this one would wear off faster than artificial bags.
If you like things made of kevlar or bullet-proof plastics and wonder why you get sick some decades later, this is not for you.
This one is real cow leather and won't last forever but for 70 bucks I will run and happily buy new several years from now (previous one actually lasted 4 years, also natural bull leather).

So 5 stars for this item for its price.

This is a very nice little bag. It's everything the other reviewers say it is.The fifth stud on the bottom is a nice little detail to help protect the bottom. Some bags do not have nylon lining on all side of the zippered compartments on the end. Other bags may also have freaky-looking shoulder straps or shiny fasteners. This is a nice no-frills bag. I hope it will be available again soon on Amazon.com. I need at least one more like this.
