I'm not an easy fit for jeans. We all have such
different shapes. I am 5'3' in height and apple shaped. When I discovered these jeans fit, I bought 4 pair and will probably order more. I learned to forego current trends in jeans, just buy a style that fits and stick with it. No more hours in the dressing rooms trying on stacks of jeans!

Last year I purchased two pair of Bandolino jeans, the Arianna style (bootleg cut) and the Mandie style, (straighter leg). I own many other jeans and these are the only ones I wear. The Mandie style is my favorite--the straighter leg seems roomier, not as fitted through the thigh and knee area without being too big through the rear. I also like the way they sit--just below the waist. I am an evenly proportioned 5'4" tall, 150 pounds and while all my other jeans are size 10, the Mandie Bandolino size 8 fits me perfectly, even the length. (I almost always need to have other brands shortened.) I love these jeans!

These jeans are very nice. The color (rinse)is very dark blue. They are of a lightweight, stretch denim fabric which is easy to wear. I recommend ordering a size smaller that you would normally wear, due to the spandex in the fabric. I will definately order more of this brand of jeans.

I absolutely loved these jeans...... that is until I washed & dried them and the length shrunk about 1 1/2". I'm so disappointed!! Does anyone know if you can get them in "LONG"??

Not your Daughters (or your Mothers) Pair of Jeans Mar 22, 2010

I was skeptical when I first bought these jeans. Having worn Levi's for years and knowing how my butt looked in the right pair - I was worried at first when I pulled these on. Never judge a pair of jeans until you've washed them. Once I washed them, I knew I bought the right jeans. These are jeans that I don't want to take off the minute I get home. They fit beautifully. The length is great - not too long! I'm 5'3" and am always challenged by the petite/ not petite sizing. These come on the foot a bit, but not enough were I have to mend them. The slightly higher waist (not 1988 high, just to the bottom of the belly button high), is perfect for hiding the fact that I don't have a pre-baby waist-line anymore. Goodbye mushroom cap, hello sexy smooth lines. These jeans curve where they should and I feel skinny in them - which, as we all know, is half the battle. I even got a, "You're looking good, have you lost weight?" wearing these jeans!! Now that's a good pair of jeans.
