As a lady, I got a bit sick of my significant other's Fruit of the Loom briefs, so I decided to surprise my guy with a little something different. I had heard good things about this brand, so I decided to go ahead and buy him a pair.
First of all, definitely buy a size larger than what you'd normally wear. They fit my guy perfectly, but only because I listened to the other reviewers' advice.
The briefs arrived in their own box (A+ for presentation)--but I guess most people don't really care about that. So, moving on to what matters...
My guy absolutely loves these briefs! I also bought him a pair of Calvin Klein briefs, which are more stylish...but he said that although the CK's were definitely more comfortable than Fruit of the Loom, 2(x)ist gets RAVE reviews for comfort (even in comparison to CK). He actually said he prefers wearing these to wearing nothing at all (which I guess, for a guy, is a huge compliment?). He had no idea underwear could be this comfortable. And thankfully, despite the graphic picture, they don't look too porn-starrish/modelesque on him. They look refined (I bought the black kind) and sleek.
Definitely buy these! I felt a little weird buying underwear for my guy, but it makes for a very unique present, and he was genuinely surprised in the best way by these briefs. He was so impressed with them that he immediately decided to stock his wardrobe with 2(x)ist...until he saw how much they cost. :o)

GREAT LOOK AND FEEL!
These square cut briefs are great! They are soft and feel like you are wearing nothing. They are briefs but when worn look more like boxer briefs. The Large size ran a little small but it supported very well. The white version of this underwear has a green and yellow stripe instead of the blue one pictured... As always you can't lose with 2(x)ist! Don't get caught not wearing these undies.

This has been the most comfortable underwear I have worn - never binding, cotton smooth. I only wish they made more colors that white, black and maroon-ish.

I love the fit and the material and have been quite disappounted since they discontinued the Liquid Cotton line. It is next to impossible to find a trunk brief with a functional fly and in cotton. I have not been very successful in finding an equivalent in fit and material. I sometimes feel self-concious with the shocking pink color at the gym. I prefer the other colors.

Whoever thinks these are great, hasn't work Calvin Klein microfiber underwear.
The 2(x)ist just doesn't compare. There's nothing "liquid" about it; it's plain old cotton. The fit is lose and fabric bulges up. Or maybe that is because I listened to other reviewers and bought L, while I'm an M. If you feel experimental, go buy your real size.
But really. Cotton is old (like your mom), and if who sees you in these underwear is your mom, then yeah, buy them.
Otherwise, go for something that fits well and makes you look "feel-me-up"-hot, for example microfiber, and a brand like Jockey or Calvin Klein.
